​Hi, I’m Haley Miller, and I’m an Administrative Assistant at Flatland. I joined the team in August 2026 after graduating from Texas Tech University with my bachelor’s degree in Counseling & Addiction Recovery Sciences. I help with scheduling, insurance questions, paperwork, and finding the best counselor to meet each client’s individual needs. I love being part of such a welcoming and supportive environment, and my goal is for everyone I interact with to feel heard, helped, welcomed, and trusted from the very first conversation. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, playing pickleball, traveling, trying new restaurants, and going to country music concerts.
