Hello my name is Priscilla TriIlo. I am the Administrative Assistant at Flatland Counseling & Consulting, where I have been part of the team for the past year. In my role, I help support the day to day operations of the practice, including client communication, scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, and helping ensure our clients have a smooth and welcoming experience. I truly enjoy being able to help others and being part of a team that supports individuals and families through their mental health journey. I take pride in being dependable, compassionate, and approachable when assisting our clients with their needs. Outside of Flatland Counseling & Consulting, I am a proud stay at home mom, who enjoys spending quality time with my children husband and of course i can't leave out my two miniature dachshunds. My family is a very important part of my life, and I value the time I get to spend with my family and dogs when I am not working. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Flatland team and to contribute to a practice that is dedicated to providing support and care to the community.
