Many of us carry deep pain, hurt and stress. These aren't things that we need to carry alone. Therapy can serve as a great tool to help people cope with the daily stressors of life, as well as the baggage we carry from the past. I work primarily with children and their families who are interested in breaking cycles, healing from trauma, and working towards health and happiness. I also have a heart for young adults and new professionals figuring out their place in the world.
I aim to be warm and encouraging while also providing opportunities for accountability and reflection. My therapetic approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, while implementing aspects from Satir-experiential and TF-CBT. I work with a supervisor to ensure that you've got multiple professionals supporting you during your journey.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take the leap to initiating services. Your mental health journey will be unique to you, and I'll work to respect that by moving at a pace that feels safe and allows for personal agency during the process.
