I believe that we each already have all the tools and resources within us to address any barrier we face, we just sometimes need a little help getting out of our own way. I hope to partner with you to assist you in creating the change you desire. ​I have experience with all age ranges. I have had the privilege of holding space for and walking along side individuals and families as they learn to integrate and understand the complexities of their lives. I am a certified grief counselor, and I am trained in hypnosis. I offer an open, nonjudgmental safe space to process and heal.
