Hello! I am an LMSW with an emphasis on children and families. I feel it is my calling to help people who are going through changes or struggles in their lives and are having a hard time working through them on their own. I can help you work through anxiety, depression, pain/grief, and feelings of inadequacy. I work with individuals and families by giving them the tools to cope with life's stresses. I have personal experience managing crises, have worked with children and families through CPS, and have helped those suffering from a variety of mental health issues. I am well-versed in providing counsel in many areas. I use a client-centered approach. I create a supportive and safe place for my clients to share their problems, explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insights, and learn coping skills. Clients who work with me have reported enhanced self-awareness, improved relationships, and healing from past traumas. Please reach out, and I will gladly join you in your path toward healing. I offer services to adults and children in a confidential, therapeutic, and culturally sensitive setting. My goal is to show thoughtful interaction, compassion, honest communication, respect, and dignity to overcome obstacles. I believe that through hard work and the power of understanding, you can find positive change and healing.
