My name is Marcy Ventle and I am a graduate student studying Clinical and Mental Health counseling at Sul Ross State University. I am completing my practicum hours this spring and I am looking forward to graduation this fall.
I am a Lubbock native and I raised my son here as well. I am also a Texas Tech alumna, a classroom teacher for 10 years and this is my 6th year in administration.
Our lives are full of joys and difficulties and navigating the ups and downs alone can feel isolating and difficult. I want to help you understand the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and emotions and provide empirically based techniques for approaching issues like anxiety, depression, communication and more.
